My style of therapy is collaborative. I believe that everyone has a unique story and that although I have a lot of theoretical knowledge, you are the best source of knowledge about yourself. We will work together to understand your past and create a present and future around your determined priorities and goals. I view everyone as having a unique path for growth and it is my privilege to be included in discovering that path. I practice a non-judgemental attitude toward the past, believing that the past is part of each of us, but the present is where the work happens.
