I work with individuals and couples navigating painful or toxic relationship patterns, or feeling stuck and unsure how to move forward. Together, we’ll gently make sense of what’s been hard and move toward healing at your pace. We'll look at wounded narratives you've been operating out of and seek to heal those roots so you can show up as your most free, exuberant self and find your zest for life again.
