Are you struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, stress, relationship issues, or a life transition? I provide therapy to first responders, RCMP, military personnel, and the general public. I offer an integrative approach, meaning I draw from a variety of empirically supported therapeutic modalities to address your goals, whether that be reducing trauma-related symptoms, developing healthy coping mechanisms, improving interpersonal skills, or others. I work from a client-centred orientation and aim to create a warm, empathetic and non-judgmental space for my clients.
