I am completing my Master's of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and I am currently completing my practicum as an intern therapist at Alysha Bernstein Therapy. I am passionate about helping others and committed to supporting individuals as they navigate challenges, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful change. I bring a calm, compassionate, and genuine presence to my work. I value creating a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, openly exploring their thoughts and emotions, and feeling supported without judgment.
