Hi, I’m Kaitlyn. If substances or other addictive behaviours are taking up more space in your life than you want, we can slow things down and get clear on what needs to change. Having overcome my own addiction, I understand how powerful the compulsion can feel, and how much shame can come with it. Addiction often becomes a way to cope with stress, pain, trauma, anxiety, depression, loneliness, boredom or major life transitions. I understand substance provides relief, until it doesn't. Then it makes things worse.
