Hi there! I work primarily with women who are ready to work on their relationships (with themselves, their emotions and the important people in their lives). My clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. They want to feel confident, set healthy boundaries, speak to themselves with more compassion and care for their mental health in a sustainable, meaningful way. Many of the women I work with are professionals, mothers, and caregivers—people who give so much to others and are now learning how to give back to themselves.
