I’m here to help you achieve the best version of yourself-whether that involves individual, couples or family therapy. I take an eclectic approach, drawing from a range of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and tailoring your treatment to best serve your goals and needs. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to help you cope more adaptively. Previously, I was a journalist and nonfiction author. I wrote Dosed: The Medication Generation Grows Up, about the experiences of young people who grew up taking psychiatric medication. I offer daytime sessions until 2 or 3 pm; I don't offer later sessions.
