I work with teens (10+), young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm, to name a few. Many of the people want more than just coping strategies—they want to understand why they think, feel, and respond the way they do. Together, we explore the bigger picture, including past experiences, relationship patterns, and nervous system responses that may be influencing your life today. My goal is to help you build self-awareness, develop practical skills and create lasting change from a place of understanding rather than self-judgment.
