I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and engaging—especially for young children. I specialize in play therapy, helping kids explore feelings, build coping skills, and express themselves in a way that feels natural. I work with children who struggle with attention and focus, behavior challenges, anxiety, and emotional regulation. My goal is to meet every child where they are, using warmth, curiosity, and developmentally appropriate tools to help them grow with confidence, feel understood, and build emotional resilience.
