Sometimes life can start to feel heavy, confusing, or harder to manage than usual, you don't have to carry it alone. As a trauma-informed clinician, I offer a warm, grounded, collaborative space where your experiences are met with care, respect and non-judgement. As we begin to sort through what feels tangled and make sense of what you’re carrying, I hope to build a space rooted in safety so that you can begin to find safety within yourself. I work with individuals and couples to start to re-establish attunement, both in self and others.
