Hi! I’m Julie Myers and I am passionate about providing clients the space to feel seen and heard, creating the safety to process difficult emotions and experiences, related to trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic illness/injury and life stressors and changes. As a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist in Sault Ste. Marie, I have been dedicated to the fields of mental health, medical challenges and rehabilitation for more than 19 years. I offer both in person services in Sault Ste. Marie and virtual options across Ontario. I can't wait to explore innovative approaches to healing and well-being with you!
