My path to becoming a psychologist began with a desire to help others. After nearly two decades as a teacher and school counsellor supporting children, teens, and families, I pursued transitioned to private practice to broaden the ways I could support people through life's challenges. I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and parents navigating anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, and high-conflict family dynamics. My approach is warm, genuine, and attachment-focused, helping clients understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
