I work with professionals navigating stress and the emotional impact of high-demand careers. My work is grounded in psychodynamic psychotherapy and I am trained in EMDR to support deeper processing. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable, and used to holding a great deal together in their daily lives. Over time, that can start to feel like pressure, loneliness, or a sense of being stuck in patterns that don’t fully make sense.
