I support youth and adults working through anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and addiction (this includes video gaming and tech addiction). Counseling creates a place to share in full confidence your feelings (e.g. guilt, anger, sadness, disappointment). Having this space can help remove barriers, increase self-awareness and growth, and decrease feeling overwhelmed and stuck in the recurring thoughts and patterns that occur.
