My clients are often teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected from themselves, or exhausted from carrying trauma, family pressure, identity struggles, relationship pain, or burnout. Many are LGBTQ+, creatives, marginalized folks, or people navigating complex family systems. I help clients better understand the stories and survival strategies shaping their lives while building healthier relationships with themselves and others. My approach is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in genuine curiosity, care, and respect.
