Hi, I'm Julia. I work with individuals and couples of all ages, specializing in youth and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, setting boundaries and life transitions. With over 20 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, and pre-marital counselling, I am committed to helping individuals and couples strengthen their mental and emotional health. I have significant experience facilitating communication and conflict resolution in relationships as well as support groups focused on grief, divorce, and addiction. I am a certified Foundational Coach and SYMBIS pre-marriage counsellor.
