Modern life is filled with lots of uncertainties and challenges. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples who are motivated to learn more about themselves and the strategies they can use to improve the quality of their lives. I am familiar with several different treatment approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Psychodynamic Treatment. By adapting elements from these different schools of thought, I customize a treatment plan that best fits your particular situation and needs.
