There are times when we need someone to talk to. For the past thirty years, I have been honored in serving families’, couples, and individuals. Those who have experienced loss, grief, trauma, anxiety, social anxiety, long term illness, aging, depression and stress. I look forward to working together in an optimistic, empathic and respectful manner. My wish is to lessen family and individual stress and to provide advocacy.
