Life can look stable on the outside while internally feeling overwhelming, exhausting, or emotionally heavy. You may find yourself constantly overthinking, struggling with anxiety, carrying shame, feeling emotionally disconnected, or trying to hold everything together for everyone else. Sometimes faith can feel comforting, and other times confusing, distant, or difficult to reconcile with emotional pain. You do not have to navigate that tension alone.
