Healing happens through relationship, and I welcome humor, joy, sadness, rage and everything in between into the therapy room. I am especially passionate about working with folks who are exploring or re-imagining their relationship with religion or spirituality in ways that feel truly their own. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, complex relationships, or a desire to live more fully and authentically. I am passionate about exploring the messages people hold about themselves and how those messages shape the stories of their lives. Not all of these messages serve us, and many were never chosen by us.
