Out of all the losses I’ve suffered in life, the most heartbreaking was a loss of Self. Perhaps, you’ve reached a time in your life when you’re feeling this sense of disconnectedness with yourself. There may be an intuitive knowing that there must be more to life than this day-to-day existence. Maybe it’s time to detach from other people’s expectations so you can reconnect with your own needs and wants.
