I offer support and guidance to children, adolescents, families and individual adults utilizing my training and experience with family-systems and cognitive-behavioral therapies. My clinical orientation is person-centered, meaning, I am guided by genuine positive regard for my clients and a firm belief that my clients are capable of improving their quality of life.
