I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering warm, collaborative online therapy for adolescents and adults across New York State. My approach is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that people grow when they feel genuinely seen and supported. Reaching out for support is not always easy. My aim is to offer a space that feels welcoming and comfortable—somewhere you can talk openly, feel listened to, and not have to carry everything on your own. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear plan. We’ll figure things out together, step by step, in a way that feels genuine and manageable for you.
