I’m Josh, a Social Worker, Psychotherapist, and Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) candidate. I primarily work with men who are struggling with anxiety, shame, trauma, pornography addiction, compulsive sexual behaviours, and relationship challenges. Many of the men I meet appear successful on the outside but privately feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or trapped in patterns they can’t seem to break. I also work with couples who want to better understand one another, strengthen their connection, and navigate difficult seasons together.
