Whether you’re carrying past mistakes, feeling uncertain about the future, or worried about what others might think, I want to work alongside you. Together, we can process the pain and weight of shame, fear, or doubt. Believing in yourself in who you truly are, can sometimes feel like the hardest thing to do. Our past, the judgments of others, or even our own expectations can drown out that belief. These struggles can show up in many ways: depression, anxiety, anger, rehearsing traumatic events, or relationship challenges.
