I start working with individuals or families when they want something to change - even if they’re still figuring out what exactly that is. Often, families approach me with struggles over behavior at home or school. Individuals seek to work with me to overcome pervasive anxiety, whether general anxiety or specific fears and obsessions. Yet others struggle with depression and feeling unable to get their life “on track” the way they expect to. I’m a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages. I conduct comprehensive evaluations, therapy, and parent consultation.
