I’m Jose Rios, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. My work is rooted in social justice, decolonial practice, and building therapy spaces that honor your dignity, humanity, and autonomy. I offer warm, collaborative, trauma-informed care. I’ve supported neurodivergent clients, justice-involved adults, DCFS-involved families, and Spanish-speaking clients. I recognize how oppression, injustice, and uncertainty shape mental health, and I aim to create a space that resists harm while holding you with steadiness, validation, and respect. Together we’ll name patterns, build skills, and strengthen your sense of choice and safety.
