I believe in cultivating a mindset of resilience and hope, guiding you toward healing and connection. I understand how grief can feel like a stone in your pocket. I understand how the burdens of trauma, abuse, illness, loss, shame, and disconnection can often feel isolating, unworthy and overwhelming. I focus on healing the whole person, mind, body, and spirit. Utilizing a “bottom-up” approach, I address relational trauma through attachment theory, Internal Family Systems and release trauma from the body and calm the nervous system using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
