I am a psychologist in private practice for over 20 years. The people I see struggle with depression, anxiety, loss, troubling behavior, and relationship problems. I strive to be warm and empathic and provide a space where people can work through past painful experiences and develop stronger coping skills and healthier patterns of relating to others. I help to identify sources of hope and meaning that help cope with stressful circumstances. Psychotherapy can help bring about a greater sense of emotional freedom, self esteem, and more satisfying relationships.
