My clinical experience is in helping people holistically manage and improve a range of important areas: including personal and professional relationships, understanding one's self-image and identity, and managing emotions such as anger, depression, anxiety, grief, and stress. My therapeutic approach is earnest, flexible, and collaborative in nature. Whether it is learning new coping strategy, helping you connect to your feelings and thoughts, or making sense of something that seems confusing, my aim is to be a fellow traveler alongside you, curiously exploring and offering new perspectives to your experiences.
