If you’re navigating substance use recovery, healing from trauma, managing anxiety or depression, adjusting to life transitions, or living with neurodivergence, I offer a calm, compassionate, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. My goal is to help you feel truly seen, heard, and supported in a space designed for your healing. With experience in outpatient addiction treatment, crisis intervention, and community mental health, I integrate Brainspotting (Phases 1 & 2) with motivational interviewing, mindfulness, CBT, and a strengths-based perspective.
