My ideal clients include people of all ages, stages of life, and identities, though I have extensive experience working with adolescents, teens, and young adults. Many come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by anxiety, stress, identity questions, perfectionism, or life transitions, and unsure how to move forward on their own. I also support clients exploring faith, spirituality, and family upbringing in a nonjudgmental space. I meet clients with warmth and collaboration so they feel understood and supported as we begin making sense of what they are carrying.
