I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. My role as a therapist isn’t to tell you who to be, but to walk beside you as you learn more about yourself and what you need to feel grounded and fulfilled. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Together, we’ll work toward building insight, strengthening coping skills, and helping you connect more deeply with your authentic self.
