These are certainly challenging times. Difficult emotions like loneliness, fear, anger, shame and disillusionment can take over, and you may feel like your life is out of control. Maybe things look good on the outside, but you feel uncertain on the inside. Maybe you have been avoiding things by “self-medicating” with alcohol, food, substances, TV, or the internet? Maybe you are having conflict with someone you love. Maybe “old stuff” is bubbling up?
