Many boys are carrying more than they let on. Anger that shows up unexpectedly, a constant sense of pressure, feeling stuck, unmotivated, or disconnected—yet unsure how to talk about it without feeling judged or misunderstood. I work with boys and teens who are struggling with anger, depression, anxiety, and the weight of expectations placed on them—by family, relationships, work, or themselves. Often, these challenges aren’t about being “broken” or doing something wrong; they’re about not having had the space or support to slow down, reflect, and learn new ways of responding to life’s stressors.
