A former psychologist with DND and RCMP, Dr. Guay specializes in the full spectrum of anxiety disorders - treating acute, traumatic, and chronic stress responses. She is trained in EMDR and Brainspotting and uses these techniques to instill resilience and post-traumatic growth. Inspired by multiple approaches, including Gestalt, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy, as well as compassion, mindfulness and attachment-based approaches, Dr. Guay favors an integrative perspective to design a customized treatment. Using bilateral stimulation, and focused attention, she helps you access your inner resources.
