I offer an integrative approach with aimed at helping you better connect with your thoughts and feelings. I offer animal assisted sessions with a dog, cats, or mini horses. If you are needing to unpack, process, find clarity, debrief, or gain insight on any aspect of your life, I'm ready when you are. The hardest step is booking your first session, you'll be glad you did.
