I am a relational psychodynamic psychotherapist in Ontario working with children, adults, and families navigating attachment trauma, early relational wounds, and complex emotional challenges. I specialize in supporting adopted and fostered children, as well as parents raising children with complex needs. Using an attachment-focused, trauma-informed approach, I help clients understand anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, withdrawal, trust difficulties, and behavioral concerns as adaptive responses to early experiences—creating space for healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
