Hi, my name is Jill and I am a Registered Psychotherapist. I am passionate about helping individuals through issues such as ADHD, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationships/communication, trauma, mood disorders, or any struggle they may experience. Through identifying the underlying causes of the issues being faced, clients can realize their strengths and adjust their approach to situations and relationships. The first step to change and healing is finding the right fit for someone to talk to, and I would love to help you through your journey. Accepted by most insurance.
