Current availability for new clients seeking daytime appointments. I especially enjoy working with adults who have, or suspect they have, ADHD. Clients who choose me are often experiencing stress, depression, anxiety, overwhelm, and relationship issues due to their symptoms. They're often looking to heal from past issues, stop dysfunctional patterns, set boundaries, reduce stress, restore a sense of balance, live in alignment with their values, develop useful strategies, and establish a better relationship with themselves.
