Hi folks! I'm Jett - a white, queer & non-binary settler therapist located on Treaty 1 territory. I approach therapy from a non-judgmental, anti-oppressive & trauma-informed perspective. I welcome folks in non-traditional relationship structures and am sex, body & sex work positive. I practice harm reduction and believe that you are the expert in your life. My goal is to support you in ways that feel validating, nourishing & expansive. I am practiced in working with survivors of trauma and/or childhood abuse, 2SLGBTQI+ & gender diverse folks, neurodiversity, and folks experiencing struggles in their relationship with food & body.
