You may have spent years holding it together while feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of what you need. Perhaps you've always been the strong one, yet something feels missing. Many of us were never taught what to do with our emotions, so we learned to push them aside. I offer a warm, supportive space, for teens, adults, and couples, to better understand your emotions, make sense of difficult experiences, and strengthen your connection with yourself and others. Together, we'll work toward greater clarity, self-understanding, and connection to yourself and others.
