My ideal clients are individuals and couples navigating grief, loss, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I support those experiencing bereavement, perinatal mental health concerns, and post-adoption, post-abortion, and post-miscarriage healing. Many seek a compassionate, non-judgmental space where their experiences can be witnessed and understood. Using a client-centred, trauma-informed approach, I help clients strengthen coping skills, foster self-compassion and connection, and move toward healing and growth.
