I am a Director and Registered Psychologist with over 14 years in counselling with individuals and couples on all aspects of healing and wholeness, self-discovery and relationships. As a a depth psychologist, I am dedicated to guiding individuals and groups along their paths of self-discovery and embodiment. I specialize in working with those in need of mental health assessments, or experiencing distress caused by trauma and PTSD, abuse and trauma, psychedelic integration, addictions, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, self/identity concerns, and spiritual or existential crisis.
