Welcome! I am the Owner and Founder of Embodied Path Psychotherapy providing virtual therapy for anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and depression across New York State. If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with your relationship with food, weight, or body image, or carrying the weight of past experiences, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater clarity. At Embodied Path, Mental Health Counseling, I provide virtual therapy for teens and adults across New York. I integrate approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, and ACT to support meaningful and lasting healing.
