Expressive Arts Therapy is for anyone who wants to find a sense of possibility and wonder through creative experience and connection. Together we will blend talk-therapy with imagination and the arts to bring about an awareness of your strengths and resources, provide a new perspective on your challenges, and create the life you want to live. Expressive Arts Therapy is humanistic, relational and experiential, draws upon all of the artistic disciplines, and is suitable for people both with or without experience in the arts. As a singer-songwriter myself, I find support in connecting with creativity and play in my everyday life.
