About

Having experienced the depths of grief, heartbreak, and loss of my sense of self- I understand how dark, isolating and impossible it can feel. The hopelessness, anxiety, and pain that can come from these experiences can leave us questioning so much, not knowing how or where to start with our healing. With therapy, we are able to address the complexity of our emotions and find the support we need, to grow, heal and to reconnect with ourselves. My own journey of learning to access my inner resources is what motivated me to empower and guide others on their journey of self discovery and healing.
