Many of us feel disconnected from ourselves and experience symptoms that constrict our lives and relationships. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore longstanding patterns, work through past trauma, integrate previously disowned parts of self, and discover your inner strengths. Using a holistic, integrative approach grounded in psychodynamic, attachment, and developmental theories, I help clients gain insight and self-awareness, empowering them to make intentional decisions that align with their values and transform their present experiences.
