I seek to journey with clients who find themselves stuck. Looking at different factors that affect a persons out look on life, I work with clients to empower themselves to move forward one step at a time. From issues such as anxiety or depression, to more broad issues of meaning I strive to help clients find their version of peace. There maybe times when life does not feel overwhelming but you just need someone to talk to and that's OK, my goal is to walk with you in your life journey. I'm here to celebrate the victories as well as standing with you during the uncomfortable moments, and provide a safe space for truth & authenticity
