I work with adults who are holding a lot, especially caregivers, mothers, helping professionals, and First-Gen or bicultural adults. Many come in feeling anxious, burned out, overwhelmed, or disconnected while navigating trauma recovery, life transitions, relationship stress, or the weight of caring for others. Through bilingual, relationship-centered, ecotherapy-informed therapy, I help clients reconnect with themselves, strengthen coping, and move toward greater grounding, confidence, and emotional sustainability. I offer therapy in English and Spanish with outdoor, in-office, and telehealth options.
